Global Citizen SW has years of experience in establishing community and school garden projects. The project offers schools / youth groups the practical skills and knowledge to establish sustainable gardens on schools/ community grounds.Design and inplementation is guided by the principles of permaculture.


Permaculture is an organic, environmentally friendly and inexpensive form of sustainable land design and food production.
As a part of the project young people are made aware of the issues surrounding sustainable development and global food growing practices to create thier own global garden.
We look at the work of grassrooots organisations who run community food programmes.
